Direct contact

Send a question to the right team.

The public contact form accepts tutoring, program, volunteering, partnership, donation, media, and general questions. Submitted messages are saved for support-team review even if optional email delivery is unavailable.

What you can expect

  • Choose a category and provide enough context for the team to understand the request.
  • Do not place sensitive student or payment information in a general contact message.
  • The page also publishes the organization email address, location, and official social links.

What the contact form is for

Use the public form for tutoring support, volunteering, programs, partnerships, donations, media, or a general question. Choose the closest category and provide enough context for the support team to understand and route the request without having to guess what kind of response is needed.

Student-led project ideas have a separate Passion Projects page with a structured proposal form. Family tutoring requests also have a dedicated path that collects the student grade, subjects, goals, and scheduling context more clearly than a general message.

How messages are handled

General inquiries are reviewed by the support team. Student or volunteer support is routed to the relevant program team, and urgent operational issues are handled as quickly as possible. Submitted messages are saved for review even when optional outbound email delivery is unavailable.

When email delivery succeeds, the sender also receives a confirmation. The public page publishes the organization email address, College Station, Texas location, and official social links for updates, student spotlights, and program clips.

Protect private information

Do not place passwords, verification links, full payment-card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive student information in a general contact message. If more private details are required to provide a service, the team can direct the sender to an appropriate account or program workflow.

Privacy requests may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, close an account, or opt out of nonessential promotional email. Some records may still be kept when required for program safety, financial records, legal obligations, or responsible operations.
